If these bullets are fairly short, the question would be whether the rifling's twist is slow enough to stabilize them. I'm guessing that the common use of longer bullets might have caused the twist to be a bit fast. Just something to consider; I don't really know.

A problem could be that the groups just won't be as tight as you'd like...

Somebody once posted a formula for bullet weight/caliber/length and rifling twist. I goofed; didn't write it down. Stupid me.
