I'm looking the Mossberg 500. I'm probably going to get a combo with 2 barrels. From the choices on there website, which barrels do you suggest for deer slug hunting and trap/skeet shooting, because those will be my main uses for the gun, although I'll probably pick up a 18 1/2 inch for HD later.

Also, the LPA trigger? Is it worth almost $100? Im a kid saving up for a shotgun that I will have probably until I pass it on to my children. Is it worth it, or is it just a marketing ploy?
