I did email Tim directly. I only posted to this forum after two weeks passed without response. My feeling is, if I need to call him, then he shouldn't post his email addy....in any case, I'm certain he'd accessed the email prior to my posting here.
It's not like I didn't give them a second chance...placing the order *was* their second chance. I'll never purchase from them again. YMMV.
