Exactly why I tell clients to
carefully read hosting service contracts with an eye to recovering their data in the event of a dispute. In fact, for the last two clients I suggested that their data be backed up daily and sent to an off-site storage facility
in the client's name. In the event of a dispute, the client can recover the data and set up his own system elsewhere within days.
This situation with THR/APS and the 3rd party support is going to get ugly.
