I've a request from someone with load development software.
The .300 Sherman is a wildcat based on a blown out .270 Win. case that's vitrually the same as a .30-06 Ackley Improved round. The difference is its body is 2.150" head to shoulder compared to the Ackley's 2.017" as shown in the Ackley's drawing below.
The Sherman case capactiy's about 74 grains of water.
Most interested in the estimated peak pressure and powder charge needed to shoot a 190 Sierra out the muzzle of a 28" barrel at 3000 fps.
