You're missing the point here. The law regarding a straw purchase
has nothing to do with the legal eligibility (or lack thereof) of the recipient. It states that your friend would be committing a crime if he lies about being the actual buyer of the firearm.
Get your license changed. Or don't. In any case, we do not discuss criminal activity here.
