Charlie, can you post a link to that ATF wordage?

From everything I've ever heard, if you don't declare to UPS that you are sending a handgun, you are breaking UPS's rules but not commiting any crime whatsoever as long as the gun is being shipped to an FFL. Naturally I don't do this and don't advise anyone else to, either, but I'd sure appreciate a link to what you are refering to.
