Ditto what Phred said. Nice pistol, but I did not like the trigger nor did I care for the rubber grips that I saw. It was discontinued, but not for political reasons as it was destined to be a big seller. The Pony, Pocket Nine, and Tek-Nine were all discontinued due to litigation from Kahr over patent infringement, not litigation from the cities, for Colt's use of an offset barrel lug to lower the bore axis. The results of the stacked barrel lug and trigger mechanism can be clearly seen in the high bore axis' found on DA S&W and SIG autos amoung others.
