Based on frustration level:
#1 - Elk
When I'm in a "Spike Only" unit, I only see cows and world-class bulls...
When I'm in an "Any Bull" unit, I only see spike Elk and Deer...
When I'm in a Mule Deer unit, I only see the Spike/Bull I have a tag for two weeks later (when I won't be able to find them)...
#2 - Antelope
Pronghorn Antelope are incredibly easy to stalk, most of the time. But when they want to keep their distance, it can be really frustrating and difficult. I know plenty of people that will just start banging away, at 700+ yards, in 35 mph winds; but that isn't how I do things. I have to get close enough to count the ticks.
