Update: Life w/o parole
Just saw this today: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20051108/...s/hunters_shot.
Looks like Mr. Vang got life in prison without the possibility of parole (Wisconsin does not have a death penalty). Don't know whose land it was or whether or not the wounded were ever charged with anything.
