my main carry gun is a 21sf in 10, and i absolutely love it, i also reload and have loaded some pretty stout stuff for it, and i honestly dont feel the recoil or report to be anything to shy away from, its not any worse than the 45 in my book, with the double tap ammo in the 135 grain, the box sais 1608 fps, i crono it at closer to 1500. but easily managable, if your a reloader, id say shoot for the 10, its a wicked cartritge, if your not 45 is prolly a better bet. or even better... GET BOTH!!
