I've got two and one was awful tight. On the Fobus site, it said to spread the top bit. I ddi and now it's slick as glass with good retention. They just need 'settling' in. Once I picked up a nice thick carry belt, I found it holds the firearm tight to my lower rib and comfortable too.
I now believe in 'get yourself a good carry belt!'.
