It's a little much for starlings,,,
The new diller killer is an H&R Handi Rifle in .357 Magnum,,,
A bit too much gun for Starlings I would think.
If starlings are the bird I'm thinking of I use a .177 pellet gun on those pests,,,
I can sit in my living room and shoot through a window in the summer,,,
I've filled trash sacks with carcasses of those danged things,,,
They just keep coming back in greater numbers.
