OOOOh boy, I just finished applying the teflon/moly to a blued Mossberg and it looks great! I'm going to buy a bunch more of it.
I'm wondering if I should have applied it under the safety. I've heard of the safties sliding back with heavy loads. The metal was pretty smooth after bead blasting so I'm thinking Marinecoat, parkerizing and maybe even tenifer only need a good degreasing.
If it is durable, Ill be real happy with it.
Do you know how it compares to NP3.
Also, if you get a metal safety do you need to keep the metal plate underneath?
