Firet of all if its for a semi auto you need to full length size.
if its for a bolt action you have the choice of neck sizing or full length sizing.
For my bolt guns I neck size and full length size every 3rd time.
I have the Lee Deluxe Set in .308.
I bought the Lee Factory Crimp Die just to complete the set even though ai don't use it.
I have shot .25moa groups with ammo made on this die set.
If I needed a set of 30-06 dies I'd get a set of Lee.
If I had money to burn then Redding Competition.
