I reloaded a few of the Peters hulls ...30 yrs ago now probably....but they tended to crack pretty easily / wear out pretty fast...
In terms of new shells / quality ...they were always inexpensive.../ but I guess they were ok. But unless someone is making them again ...whatever you've found has to be really old inventory...at least 20 yrs old since I've seen any Peters shells around / but maybe it varies by region of the country..
