I hope I have this in the right place, My question is ,I have noticed several mail order Gun and reloading outfits have added to there shipping instructions, That Ammo and bullet components as well as some reloading equipment, come under new Federal regulations for exporting out side the US. But I see people are still sending stuff over seas, On line auctions, One of the reasons I am asking. I know a guy from Germany, who came to America bought the necessary Items to start reloading. But has found out the brass and bullets can not go back with him. Any thoughts.
