Greetings don 1988, and welcome aboard.

I've been reloading 28-ga's for 20+ years. The vast majority of competitive Skeet shooters reload 28-ga, as well as 12, 20 and .410.

Check out MEC, their entire line of reloaders is available in 28-gauge. If you don't want to buy new, check out the bulletin board of a gun club where NSSA Skeet is shot.
