I recently bought a used Colt DEtective special about 20 years old,but 100%. ?The guy that had it before me included a Safariland holster,it is a hip holster open top,cut low,very easy and quick to draw,but holds gun securely. I have contacted Safariland about the availability of this holster,but have not heard from them..it has the #16 stamped on it. Was wondering if anybody out there had,has one? I would love to get my hands on another one,or guess I could always get someone to custom make one for me off the model of the old one. It can be worn strong side,crossdraw etc,really a sweetheart of a holster..PJ
