Since the first set of loads stopped at 17.0 gr and the second set started at 17.0 gr, the velocities should be nearly identical if none of the components were changed, including lot numbers of the powder and primers. Did you disturb or find it necessary to change the powder measure's adjustments between the two sets of loadings at 17.0 gr?
