I have found the Winchester Dynapoint bulk ammo to be subsonic out of my 9.25" rifle. The Dynapoint is much cheaper at $22/500 than the subsonic marketed stuff.
Not sure why you would damage your .22 suppressor shooting supersonic ammo out of it.
Your .22 suppressor should last just about forever with some routine cleaning.
