I did it bass-ackwards. My first "Model 10" was a Model 1905 M&P Fourth Change, belonged to my Grandfather. He bought it in West Virginia 1923 according to him...and Roy Jinks confirmed that it was originally shipped to Huntington, WV in 1921.

I didn't get a modern Model 10 until 2009.
