Okay, let me try to express what I meant a wee-bit differently.
It's been my experience (or more realistically, it's been my
perception) that if I've got two loads running the same bullet at very similar speeds... the one propelled by Alliant Power Pistol is likely to have more BLAST, FLASH and perhaps even FELT RECOIL.
I don't know if that is the gospel truth, I certainly don't have the equipment to "test" that theory.
I just know that when I'm running a load concocted with Power Pistol, there's not going to be anything mamby-pamby about it.
Not saying that Power Pistol doesn't deliver or doesn't make great loads. I
love the stuff. I truly have only one genuine and serious complaint about Power Pistol: they don't make an 8-pound container of the stuff. 4 is the biggest. I think that's senseless.
