From a 5.5" test gun I get easy 1309fps with my 300g XTP-HP offering, and 1170fps using a 335g WLN.
Both these loads are 'mediums', and safe in all Rugers and Colt Anancondas.
Not for S&W.
'Heavy' loads for Ruger only. More power is available, but it gets closer to the edge....
