I'm not defiant. The current government is. I have the 2nd Amendment on my side. In that, it is very clear what is and is not allowed.
"the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
Oxford Dictionary's definition of infringe:
1 actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.):
2 act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on
The government has no legal right to take away or limit in this case. Therefor, any law created to limit my rights is an unconstitutional law by a defiant government.
