I think I will have to check that out.
I have no training at all. I was taught to shoot 35 years ago as a boy, by several different men with military training, and I've always shot pretty well. I remember the focus was always on propper position (standing, sitting, kneeling, prone), trigger squeeze, breath control. i.e. the basics.
I have shot with both a bipod and sandbags, but I just plopped the rifle in place, and got comfortable. There is obviously so much more involved in "doing it right". I am interested in learning what I can.
From a prone position or bench, using a bipod or sandbag (or rolled up towel), I can shoot a 3" group at 300 yards. This is the longest range available to me. With some training, I wonder how tight I can get that group?
