First question should be is "How experienced are you as a rifleman?"
In other words, how sure are you that the inaccuracy is the fault of the gun?
It's a lot less hassle and less expensive to fix the shooter.
And it generally gets better results.
Just a thought to save a poor guy his limited dough.
