Yes, there have been a number of them over the years. They are legal on a non-semi auto firearm. However, since the shotgun opperates at a lower pressure, the break really doesn't work, since breaks use high pressure gas venting out the ports in a jet-like effect to force the barrel down.
They may look cool, but don't do much.
