just did a little research on that marlin heavy barreled 308 . it looks pretty nice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeW03...eature=related if it came in 7mm mag i'd have to give it some serious thought . Im looking for a long range gun with a heavy barrel for bench and prone shooting which I think the marlin would work well for . I don't think I would want to carry it around all day on a hunt though.
