[B]I am new to the site and have some questions on a Saiga 12 ga. shotgun that has been brought to me for some conversion's. I am a certified law enforcement armorer but have never done any work on Saiga shotguns before. A friend wants me to take his Saiga and according to him you can move the trigger guard and trigger group forward so that you can add a different stock to the gun. My question is can this be done? If so is it something that is easy enough for a armorer to do or should it go to a gunsmith? Finally, if this is something a armorer can do what , if any, special tools or equipment would be needed and how is this accomplished? Thanks docnblue
