I reload, so I avoid the economy shells. If you plan to reload eventually, start collecting premium hulls now and avoid the cheap stuff. I find it much easier to have all of my hulls from the same maker. Typically, I use new shells only for competition. The only Feds I use/reload are the paper hulls -- they are sweet shooters (and smell good).
If you want a good value in .410s and 28s, just invent a time machine (or reload).
