As for IPSC loads I use both powders in my 9X23, the N350 produces more gas at the end of the barrel making the comp work more better. As for working up loads useing the same charge weight for both powders the N350 will give me about 25 to 30 FPS more then the 3N37 will per given charge weight. The 3N37 powder leaves a little cornmeal residue in my barrel. I would use 3N37 in shorter barrels and N350 in longer barrels.
