Historically for me, PSA has been one of the most reliable places I've done business with. Within the past couple months, I bought a couple Holosun red-dots that had a tracking number and had shipped within 48hrs.
Don't forget that in the modern world of Amazon overnight where we expect things shortly after we click "purchase", that everybody is at the mercy of whatever shipping company they use... once a product has left a business, it's all on Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc...
I find a lot of people just don't understand how a huge storm somewhere in the midwest can affect the shipping time (by days) coast-to-coast and somehow want to blame the business for "slow shipping".
