Mine are direct thread.

Pick up whatever thread adapters I think might need when I get the can. I’m not swapping cans/rifles in the heat of battle, the 20 seconds it takes to unscrew the can isn’t a big deal for me. And, it’s cheaper (one 1/2”x28, one 9/16, one 5/8” fits all my rifles for my big suppressor) for me to do, than buy a quick change style for each rifle.
