Rather than an analytical solution, look at plain vanilla Remington factory loads.
.44 shows a 240 at 1220 fps, 793 ft lb. f 292
.41 shows a 210 at 1240 fps, 717 ft lb, f 260
So .41 is 90% of .44 energy, 89% of .44 power factor.
True recoil computation includes powder mass and gun mass but i doubt it will bring the ratio down to 75%.
