I've lost the bubble here.
Are we saying the judge...
- Isn't allowing the dice to be loaded by presumptional language,
- Isn't going to let the ham-sandwich prosecutor run his courtroom, and . . .
- Does have his head on straight ?
... or is the judge a bad guy?
