Efile is the easiest way to go if you’re doing a Form-1. Go to the ATF website and order fingerprint cards before you start the process. They are free. When you finish the forms, you’ll print a cover sheet to go with the cards and the instructions will tell you where to send them. Also, you can do your prints yourself. No need to go to a PD to get printed. All you need is an ink stamp. Practice before using the cards.
