Well, I've heard that the Glock 20 Gen 3 short frame is the same grip size as the Glock 20 Gen 4 when the smallest Gen 4 back strap is installed. So the Gen 4 is more versatile as you can add the larger back straps to increase the grip size.

I've seen a lot of love for the G40 10mm modular optical system as folk like the longer barrel (6 inches) and it's ready to have optics installed if you have a desire to do that.

The Glock 20SF I've handled still had a little of that feel of a 2x4 in hand but I think I could get used to it just to say I had a 10mm.
