I have a small pile of Hornady seating/sliding stems.

Micro adjust? all of my seating dies are micro adjust, all I have to do is use a height adjuster to adjust the stem above the die. I have a few RCBS competition type seating dies, I go for the bullet alignment with the case neck, the micro adjust is nice. When it is critical I make a transfer to adjust the seating die, then measure the height of the stem above the die.
