I have the shopkeeper and so far it sucks. Extraction is impossible with fingers. I have to pull the cylinder and punch them out with the basepin. Not cool, but it is pretty.
I'm sure Ruger would be willing to fix it for you at their cost- just give them a call. If you are a DIY guy you can take a bore mop- coat it with Flitz and put it in a drill chuck to polish out each cylinder hole as well.
