Here is a glaring example of laws we have, that are not effectively enforced:

Long story short, felon in possession of weapons while on parole, TWICE, gets ridiculously short sentences and early release.

Almost the first thing he then does is shoot and kill a rookie cop.

Why the short sentences? Why the early release? Why no federal prosecution?

These are the specific types of cases we need to point out, whenever officials want to pass new laws.
