I understand that tactical teams often end up "stacked" for an entry with gun muzzles right up against each other, do to quarters, access, building design, etc. Of course, they try to remember to not shoot each other throughout the encounter. Muzzle/safety/trigger discipline isn't always practiced by the books. No need to get bent out of shape over a photo or photo rendition. Maybe professionals were at the helm.........
