The 1895 nagant is definitely going to be one of the guns bought with these 6 permits. I wish C&R could be done here but alas I'll be stuck paying $99 plus at least $50 for transfer and NICS.

I've seen little pocket .25 auto's for under $100 and a friend of mine a really neat .22 short revolver for $50. another friend got a cz-70 for $135 out the door ($99 sticker price). all of which function perfectly fine.

These aren't going to be practical guns...just little neat things to shoot every now and then. I'm not a gun snob so talking about how anything for under $100 isnt worth a bucket of spit isnt going to deter me.
