I put the brass in my cordless drill, primer end out, and hold a Lee chamfer/deburring tool in my other hand. A few quick turns will remove the crimped part and they are good to go. It's a $4 solution (if you already own a drill) and works just fine. If you don't have a drill though don't even waste your time because it would take forever.
