Got my mitts on a DW V-Bob Commander Black Duty finish today. Incredible trigger and I like that more aggressive 25lpi front strap checkering. I also loved those super rough grips. They didnt have a DW to rent so I rented at TRP and a Wilson Combat. The TRP was very good but the WC must have been worn out because it couldnt shoot nearly as well. Handled lots of new 1911's today I have to say I was very disappointed how much the Colts rattle while shaking them compared to DW, Kimber, or the Springfields... I almost bought that DW... Is a $1999 a decent price??
