Those are all good quality firearms. Rent or borrow an example of each and see which works best for you. You have to decide for yourself which fits your hand the best, which has features you want or need, and which has the best sights or ergonomics. What I like, or somebody else likes, really doesn't matter, what you carry should be what you like, meets your requirements, and you can shoot accurately.
