Their website's terms of use states:

(vi) CTD does not pre-screen or approve Content but CTD shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content for any reason....

CTD attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, CTD does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by CTD is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

With respect to items sold by CTD, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, however, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of our items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation....
The fact that the card was charged by an automated system doesn't change the terms of use. Their disclaimer is clear for the online consumer to understand, and as far as anyone knows a refund will be issued.
They have a right to refuse an order resulting from a mistake and everyone else has a right to not do business with them.

When I received damaged goods from them, they issued me a pro-rated credit. Unexpected things can happen.
