Clayman, I was wondering about the fact that he didn't wear a mask. Still, the fadt that this time they would have been dead and it turned out that the guy made the right choice in rushing the gunman means what? What were the odds the guy would have left versus snuffing them? Was this one drunk? I wondered that the victim was able to cover that much ground and jump the gunman.

{I should add that I agree with what you said about each case being different. Here, the customer made the right call as it turns out the gun man was a shooter and the customer was able to rush the gun man. I hope the customer doesn't get charged for shooting the bad guy after gaining control of the situation, if that is what happened.}
