Click the "Manage Attachments" button underneath the reply box.....
a little window should open....
Select "Choose File"....
Find your file, then select "Upload file"...
When it's done, select "close window"...
then, if you want it to actually show, rather than just be a link, right-click on the file name which should now show underneath the same "Manage Attachments"...
Now, click
up above in the little reply box...
Paste the link into the window that pops up.
