For 180 gr bullet, I use 3.8 - 4.3 gr of W231 for light-mild target load. Lighter recoiling than 9mm and dead-on accurate. For 155 gr bullet, I use 4.3 - 4.8 gr.
BTW, W231 and HP38 are exactly the same powder.
